Assisted Home Training
The Assisted Home Training (AHT) program is designed for those people who cannot come to the p.a.t.h. gym on a regular basis. In this program our p.a.t.h. Neuromuscular Therapist (p.a.t.h. NMT), J.J. Fowler, will work with you and a trainer of your choice to design a program of exercise therapy you can practice in your own home. At the conclusion of this program, you will come away with a handout itemizing your personalized program, and a video of you and the p.a.t.h. NMT performing the exercises. The following is the schedule for this one-week program.

At p.a.t.h. we recognize the benefits of one-on-one training in our environment. We also recognize that attending the gym on a regular basis may represent an unreasonable financial burden and/or be geographically challenging. This program is a compromise between best practices and necessity. Please be aware that with this program p.a.t.h. can only teach your trainer how to deliver your program, not how to be a professional trainer.
Follow-Up Assisted Home Training
Your program will have pinpoint stimulus designed to create a specific response from your nervous system. Once your body has processed the information and assimilated the changes, it will be time to switch the stimulus up to create the next goal. To assure optimum results, we recommend you and your trainer come in for a follow-up at a minimum of every three months to create new goals. This Follow-Up AHT program usually takes place over a 3-day period. This allows us to evaluate your gains, prepare the next progression of exercises, including filming, and finally teach it to your trainer and allow enough time for him/her to practice it. You and your trainer may request additional one-on-one training time*. The follow-up sessions consist of the following.
