The Video Consulting program is designed for those people who cannot come to the p.a.t.h. gym for training. In this program our p.a.t.h. Neuromuscular Therapist, J.J. Fowler, will work with you and a trainer of your choice over an internet connection such as (Skype), connected with video cameras and microphones, to design a program of exercise therapy you can practice in your own home.

The Video Consulting time can be booked during workout times so that J.J. can observe the client and trainer perform the movements. This will give J.J. the opportunity to answer questions, ask questions, and give advice for the most optimum results. As well, J.J. will provide feedback and guidance that will increase the trainer’s knowledge, positioning, and problem solving for variables, in order to help the client increase their healing rate. This allows J.J. to continue to co-create healing experiences with the client.
